Blvd Cafe in Sarasota’s beautiful Rosemary District is an expression of Chef Mica England’s lifelong passion for food and her love of community. She brings decades of experience to the neighborhood starting with her childhood in Oklahoma, where she grew up on an organic Black Angus ranch and the vegetables they cooked and canned came straight from their own garden.
At an early age she learned the importance of quality ingredients and sustainability. Chef Mica has extensive experience and has been executive chef of many restaurants in several cities including NY and Dallas, where she has cooked for private families and celebrities alike, all of whom appreciate her focus on and knowledge of quality ingredients and presentation.
